Vision & Policies

Vision for Sustainability & Policies:

From the inception of Timber Cabins Store our aim is to support sustainability with the cabins and other products we supply.

All our timber products are made from materials which are sustainably and responsibly sourced.

The increasing range of our online store products are also supplied to support the sustainability agenda

Integrity of Supply & Service:

Our focus is always on excellent professional supply service with transparency.  There are no hidden features or costs. We will always be clear about costs of our products which include delivery.  Prices are clearly visible in our online store for more immediately available cabins and other products.  Where we undertake design projects our prices will remain as agreed until the project is completed.

Payments:

Purchases of listed cabins and other products from our online store need to be cleared before being confirmed with delivery date options.

Quotations for project work are given once designs have been agreed.  We would let customers know design fees  and construction costs after a free brief outline of their intended design details.  Following design fee payment full project design is completed.  After project designs have been agreed with a customer a clear quotation including full cost is provided.  Any queries are discussed until the customer confirms they're happy with the design and agree a date to proceed with the construction.  After the design phase there is no obligation to proceed with the build, although we would hope to see the project through to fulfilment on customers site to enjoy for the years ahead.

Staged payments for project work:

Stage 1 > Enquiry and free design outline with quotation for detailed design and estimate of project build cost including base construction, subject to final design features.

Stage 2 > Payment for complete design following which design is drawn.  Any modifications to the design are discussed and finally agreed with the customer with a total build price. Note that any quatotion for electrical installations are given separately.

Stage 3 > Following payment of 50% of total  project cost the structure base is installed and the cabin timbers including other components are delivered.

Stage 4 > Following the structure base installation and concrete curing ( 7 days mimimum) 25% of project cost is paid and construction begins

Stage 5 >  After full project construction the remaining 25% of the total project cost is paid.

Data Protection:

All personal data is reserved for company use only for the purpose of supply, services and deliveries

Refunds:

If an online purchased cabin or other product cannot be supplied after purchase has been confirmed then the option of full refund or selecting an alternative product will be offered without obligation to purchase.  Purchases from our online store are not refundable once orders have been confirmed as paid for unless an item can no longer be supplied due to unforeseen circumstances.

It is our aim always that our customers feel they are getting a professional service.  Any queries regarding purchases are responded to as soon as possible to ensure the high quality of our service is experienced.

Equality and Diversity:

All customers are valued and treated with respect regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age or other difference.  Our team expect the same.
